Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager responsible for the successful delivery of programs supporting digital modernization efforts at the VA.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee agile teams to ensure alignment with mission goals and delivery timelines
• Manage cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
• Knowledge of user-centered design, AI/machine learning, and digital transformation best practices
• Familiarity with federal IT compliance standards
• Bachelor's degree
