Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to oversee and manage logistics support programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor program performance and address issues with department managers
• Manage agency-level relationships and act as the primary contact for Maritime programs
• Oversee compliance, quality testing, and facilitate resolution of contract non-conformance issues

Required Qualifications

• Higher education preferred or equivalent experience
• Five years of supply chain experience and three years of managerial experience with government contracts
• Experience with NSN-based contracts and FAT testing preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to lead and manage diverse teams effectively
