Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager responsible for planning, scheduling, and tracking programs and projects in the Digital Platform Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, communication, and coordination of projects, ensuring on-time and quality delivery
• Facilitate collaboration within and across teams, addressing impediments and managing risks
• Coach and mentor Project Managers and scrum teams, promoting agile methodologies and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree is a plus
• Minimum of 7 years of agile project management experience with increasing responsibility
• In-depth knowledge of software development, preferably in Ed Tech
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders in a positive manner
