Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager to oversee customer-facing support operations and enhance the customer experience for a cloud-based AI translation service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and triage support requests from internal and external users
• Reproduce, validate, and escalate service/API-related issues
• Collaborate with engineering and program managers to resolve high-priority cases

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a technical support or business operations support role
• Strong experience working with REST APIs, including creating test applications or scripts
• Solid understanding of network and security concepts
• Proven ability to reproduce and triage technical issues
• Experience using ticketing systems or customer support tools
