Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager for a 6-month contract position, remote in the US.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive programs and initiatives to milestones by coordinating across teams and ensuring alignment on priorities
• Facilitate progress by creating and maintaining project plans and ensuring resources are in place
• Strengthen program management systems and orchestrate company-wide communications and knowledge sharing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of experience in program, project, or operations management in a cross-functional environment
• Strong ability to drive programs forward and ensure accountability across diverse teams
• Comfort with collaboration and productivity tools (e.g., Notion, Google Suite, Slack)
• A proactive and flexible mindset, capable of supporting both strategic projects and tactical execution
