Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to execute and deliver strategic real estate initiatives that align with client goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the client Innovations Program, ensuring quarterly ideas meet criteria and are successfully implemented
• Coordinate and execute strategic initiatives for complex real estate accounts, ensuring timely completion and business requirement adherence
• Monitor program progress, identify risks, and facilitate communication with client leadership and internal teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Program/Project/Change Management or Real Estate services
• Six Sigma, PMP Certification, PROSCI, or other change management training preferred
• Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Experience influencing stakeholders at the executive level and working across technical and non-technical teams
