Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager II.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the lifecycle of programs from engagement through proposal development and contract award
• Oversee program integration management, ensuring effective risk management and stakeholder interaction
• Supervise project staff and form cross-functional teams to meet program requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT/Systems, Project Management, Management, Engineering, or related field
• Typically 8+ years of progressive experience in project or program management
• Typically 3+ years of experience leading medium-scale projects with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in risk management and stakeholder relationship management
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs from initial engagement to sustainment
