Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to oversee cross-functional IT programs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead complex IT programs, coordinating across teams, vendors, stakeholders, and timelines
Develop and manage program plans, budgets, risk logs, and status reporting
Implement governance frameworks to ensure quality, scope control, and KPI delivery

Required Qualifications

10+ years of Program Management experience in IT, particularly in enterprise scale programs
Strong ERP systems experience is required, with SAP as a plus
Proven track record of delivering tech programs on time, within scope, and on budget
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
PMP, Agile or SAFe certification or equivalent preferred
