Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to lead modernization efforts for Medicare Fee-for-Service shared systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead program planning, execution, and performance for OSRE services in alignment with CMS' modernization goals
• Manage delivery of DevSecOps, cloud infrastructure, and compliance activities across multiple teams
• Serve as primary liaison among CMS leadership, ADOs, and technical partners to ensure cohesive delivery

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience managing programs in cloud infrastructure, site reliability engineering, or DevSecOps
• Understanding of security engineering and compliance in regulated environments
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams in complex environments
• Strong command of Agile and SAFe delivery methodologies
• Experience managing projects that provide production operations alongside ongoing development
