Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager III to lead multiple enterprise-wide projects and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance
• Manage multiple projects through the full project life cycle, including planning and execution
• Provide leadership and communicate project status to stakeholders, including executive summaries

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of project implementation, product, or program management experience
• Experience in managed care or prescription benefit management preferred
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship
• Proficiency in project management tools and techniques
