Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to lead strategic design and execution of global social impact programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead strategic plans for social impact programs aligned with organizational goals
• Supervise and guide stakeholders including staff, ambassadors, and volunteers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate program updates

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, nonprofit management, social sciences)
• At least 3+ years of experience in program management or a related role
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams
• Proficiency in using project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• PMI Certificate in Project Management preferred
