Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to support global observability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive strategic program leadership for unified monitoring strategy, ensuring governance and stakeholder engagement
• Lead the deployment and integration of monitoring tools such as Splunk and Azure Monitoring at scale
• Manage relationships with vendors and communicate program progress, risks, and outcomes to executive stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in technical program management within enterprise infrastructure environments
• Proven success deploying and managing Splunk (Enterprise or ITSI) and Azure Monitoring at scale
• Strong knowledge of hybrid cloud architecture and infrastructure components
• Certifications such as PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Splunk Certified Admin/Architect are preferred
