Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager (Contracted) - Product Operations & Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain product operations processes including intake, requirements definition, sprint planning, and roadmap management
• Create and facilitate rituals that ensure engineers understand scope, context, and business value before committing to work
• Track and communicate program status, risks, and delivery timelines to stakeholders at all levels

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management or project management experience building and improving product/engineering operations
• Proven track record establishing processes and practices in environments requiring structure
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycles, estimation challenges, and technical constraints
• Experience with agile methodologies and practical application in real-world environments
• Data-driven approach to measuring velocity, cycle time, and delivery predictability
