Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager (Tech 2).

Key Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional program execution from project initiation through delivery, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams on tooling upgrades, usage signals, and guidance updates
• Monitor workstream health, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of true Program Management experience, independently driving deliverables and cross-team accountability
• Strong data interpretation and insight generation skills (2-4 years), able to translate usage signals into actionable narratives
• Executive-level presentation skills (2-4 years), including PowerPoint expertise and visual storytelling
• Self-starter with high energy, proactive communication, and ability to operate independently
• Experience coordinating with global teams across multiple time zones
