Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to manage training program delivery and support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and launch of training programs, managing application setup and instructional staff hiring
• Oversee multiple programs simultaneously, ensuring project timelines are met and execution is seamless
• Support the Senior Operations Team in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance program impact

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred; Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus
• 3-5 years of experience in program management, with at least 1 year in an educational or training institution
• Experience leading and managing teams autonomously
• Proficient in Google Suite, MS Office Suite, Slack, and Zoom
• Experience with data analysis and education-related software is a plus
