Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to lead strategic delivery initiatives within a virtual PMO in North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end rollout of new product initiatives and client onboarding efforts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless planning, execution, and reporting
• Monitor initiative progress and act as the voice of the customer to align client needs with delivery execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT/Dev, Operations, Project Management, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in client delivery, project management, or continuous improvement in a tech-enabled BPO or SaaS environment
• Strong understanding and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Proficiency in project management and data visualization tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Power BI, Excel)
• Certification in SAFe, Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, and/or Agile methodologies preferred
