Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to support a large tech client across design operations, portfolio planning, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize and manage systems and tools for efficient daily operations across the design team
• Maintain team-level tools and processes for clarity and visibility of priorities across the portfolio
• Coordinate reviews, documentation, and operations related to the Ads Engagement Model

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management, design operations, or a similar role
• Proven experience managing operations and processes that support design or product organizations
• Strong familiarity with the product development process and engagement with cross-functional teams
• Expertise with internal productivity tools including Workspace, Chat, Meet, and Figma
• Experience managing mature review processes and operational documentation
