Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to support the execution of new service offerings and operationally complex product categories.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and dependency tracking across multiple initiatives
• Coordinate day-to-day execution across various teams and facilitate working group meetings
• Support launch preparation and ensure smooth handoffs from build to launch to steady-state operations

Required Qualifications

• Background in digital health, telehealth, or HealthTech is strongly preferred
• Minimum of 5-8+ years of experience in program management or related roles
• Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams
• Experience coordinating across technical and non-technical teams
• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Monday, Jira, or Smartsheet
