Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager III to support the development and implementation of health equity strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of health equity strategies across organizational policies and programs
• Design, lead, and manage various projects requiring input from multiple stakeholders
• Oversee performance analysis and track milestones for health equity initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of project implementation, product, or program management experience
• Experience in managed care or prescription benefit management preferred
• Experience in Health Equity and Social Determinants of Health preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
