Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager responsible for overall contract execution for Project SWIFT.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end contract execution, ensuring compliance with PWS, CPMP, and VA governance requirements
Serve as the primary escalation and decision authority for program risks, issues, and dependencies
Oversee quality assurance, reporting, and continuous improvement across deployment waves

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in healthcare, business, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience supporting healthcare programs
Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale programs supporting integrated healthcare systems
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (or equivalent)
Legal authorization to work in the U.S
