Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager II to support the Data and Analytics leadership team in driving work process efficiencies and improving customer service experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify anomalies and translate observations into action steps by monitoring workflows
• Serve as a connector across teams to align priorities and ensure project progress
• Propose and implement process improvements based on data trends and stakeholder feedback

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in quality improvement, program management, or project management
• Health care experience preferred
• Experience with SharePoint or similar tools preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and project management tools preferred
