Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager responsible for managing complex global New Product Introduction (NPI) and industrialization projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the entire project lifecycle from development through launch, ensuring delivery of business case financial targets
• Create and implement comprehensive project management plans that meet scope, schedule, and financial objectives
• Manage regional capital spending, oversee budgets, approvals, and forecasts while driving automation and prioritization of reinvestment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Program Management or a combination with Operations
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or Engineering
• Preferred PMP Certification from PMI (Project Management Institute)
• Automotive experience is preferred
