Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to oversee complex global New Product Introduction (NPI) and industrialization projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the entire project lifecycle from development through launch, ensuring delivery of business case financial targets
• Create and implement comprehensive project management plans that meet scope, schedule, and financial objectives
• Manage regional capital spending, including budgets, approvals, and forecasts

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Program Management or a combination with Operations
• Automotive experience preferred
• PMP Certification from PMI is a plus
• Experience in requirements and risk management is beneficial
