Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to oversee client engagements and manage program health throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage program and engagement progress across multiple client engagements, ensuring timely completion and effective resource utilization
• Develop strategic program management delivery plans, including schedules, risk management, and resource analysis
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring alignment with program goals

Required Qualifications

• BA or BS in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in a client-facing Program, Project, or PMO role, particularly in information security
• Expertise in Program Management methodologies and best practices
• Experience managing information security engagements or operations
• Strong experience interfacing with clients and internal business partners
