Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to oversee the implementation of a school-based service model and manage a team of AmeriCorps members.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of AmeriCorps members, providing coaching and feedback to ensure professional growth
• Build and maintain partnerships with school administration and community stakeholders to support service objectives
• Ensure program fidelity by monitoring service quality, collecting data, and leading after-school programming

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 2-6 years of work experience, with at least 1 year in a management role
• Proven ability to develop diverse talent and hold teams accountable for performance goals
• Experience in managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for service and familiarity with educational settings is a plus
