Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager Non Tech 1 to support various strategic initiatives within the Customer Success Unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support reactive accountability priorities within the program
• Coordinate community calls and create engaging content for stakeholders
• Develop and maintain documentation and presentation decks for various initiatives

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in program or project management
• Bachelor's degree required; certifications like PMP/PMI are preferred
• Proven ability to manage relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
