Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end oversight of the Stored Information Retrieval (SIR) system and related operational processes
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to launch and enhance complex programs
Measure, evaluate, and report on program performance related to ROI and customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Business Systems, or a related field, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
8 years of project management or program management experience in Healthcare Operations
Preferred: Master's Degree
Preferred: Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)
Experience with Claims Processing and Operations Technical Support
