Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to manage complex global New Product Introduction (NPI) and industrialization projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the entire project lifecycle from development through launch, ensuring delivery of financial targets for NPI, STP, and VAVE programs
• Create and implement comprehensive project management plans that meet scope, schedule, and financial objectives
• Oversee regional capital spending by managing budgets, approvals, and forecasts, while driving automation and coordinating with operations and finance

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Program Management or a combination of Program Management with Operations
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or Engineering
• Master's Degree and PMP Certification from PMI are preferred
• Automotive experience and knowledge in product and project portfolio management principles are advantageous
