Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to provide support through program management in various functional areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure well-documented policies, workflows, program controls, and best practices for respective programs
• Manage program budgets and support project prioritization
• Collaborate with stakeholders to uphold governance standards and track performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• At least 4 years of Program and/or Project management experience or equivalent education and experience
• Experience in Operational Process Improvement
• Managed Care experience, preferably in a shared service or matrixed environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Visio
• Strong presentation skills
