Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management leading digital delivery teams in an agile environment
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and their application at scale
• Demonstrated success managing cross-functional teams through the software development lifecycle
• Bachelor's degree
• Preferred experience in federal IT environments and relevant certifications (PMP, CSM, SAFe)
