Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to oversee remote teams and drive performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews and onboard new hires while ensuring high team morale and performance
• Monitor team achievement of SLA's and KPI's, providing coaching and support as needed
• Analyze performance management data to facilitate continuous improvement among team members

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Operations or Program Manager managing remote teams of 15+ individuals
• Proven track record in developing and implementing process improvements impacting KPI/SLA attainment
• Experience in coaching and supporting team members to enhance performance
• Highly organized with a focus on continuous improvement
• Degree in Business, Communications, or Information Technology preferred
