Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager (PST/MST hours).

Key Responsibilities

• Execute strategic account plans focused on client retention, growth, and expansion
• Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors and stakeholders of the program
• Manage and grow assigned accounts by introducing new services and maximizing client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years of experience in program management, client services, or enterprise account delivery
• Proven track record of driving revenue and services growth on large, complex Enterprise accounts
• Experience in staffing, HR, consulting, or contingent workforce industries
• Strong consultative sales skills with a focus on identifying needs and offering tailored solutions
