Program Manager

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end delivery of cross-functional initiatives, managing risks and ensuring alignment with business goals
• Nurture high-performing agile development teams through coaching while balancing delivery with team well-being
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to define program objectives, success metrics, and maintain productive relationships across teams

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years' experience in program management in enterprise environments
• 1+ years' experience performing a scrum master function and/or coaching agile software development teams
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Communication, or a related field
• Strong technical understanding of software development processes and methodologies
