Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager (Implementation).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine scalable processes to enhance client implementation efficiency
• Facilitate collaboration between Implementation, Product, Engineering, Data, and Customer Success teams
• Manage project management tools and process documentation while tracking operational metrics

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program/project/operations management, with 3+ years in healthcare technology or SaaS
• 3+ years of experience working with implementation, integrations, or customer success teams
• 1+ years of experience as a power user or admin in Jira or similar work management tools
• Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
• PMP or project management certification is a plus
