Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to lead a multidisciplinary communications team supporting a federal health research organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate staff across various functions including scientific writing, digital communications, graphic design, and event support
• Oversee project planning, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of high-quality communications products
• Ensure compliance with federal policies and best practices related to communications activities

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience managing communications, public affairs, or outreach programs, preferably in a federal, health, or scientific environment
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Health, or a related field
• Experience supporting large, complex projects for federal agencies; NIH experience preferred
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex, time-sensitive projects
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain required federal security clearances and complete mandatory security and privacy training
