Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to lead and coordinate strategic initiatives that enhance organizational performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of key initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and budgets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement solutions
• Develop and manage integrated schedules, milestones, resource plans, and budgets for successful execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years' experience in Operations Management, Program Management, or Project Management
• Experience in solar energy or retail energy (preferred)
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent PMI certification (preferred)
• Master's degree or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (preferred)
