A company is looking for a Program Manager to engage colleges and universities in nonpartisan democratic engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a network of higher education institutions, including recruitment and onboarding
• Oversee campus awards programming and engagement within the Community of Practice program
• Organize events and collaborate with team members on program content and reports

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in field organizing, nonpartisan democratic engagement, or higher education
• 1+ year of experience working directly with college students, faculty, or staff
• Demonstrated experience with event planning and communications
• Experience with data management and content creation processes
• Experience with HubSpot preferred
