Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager who can drive strategic initiatives while ensuring operational excellence within the Strategy team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and reinforce operating rhythms to ensure smooth organizational function
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams, managing dependencies and removing blockers
• Communicate complex program statuses and decisions clearly to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in program management, project coordination, or business operations
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams in technology or related environments
• Proficiency with program management tools (e.g., Airtable, Miro)
• Experience in strategy, product, or go-to-market teams is a plus
• Familiarity with AECO workflows or industry concepts is helpful but not required
