Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to oversee technology deployment projects for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Commercial and Customer Onboarding teams to contribute to technology assessments and initial discovery
• Plan deployment strategies and identify risks in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Lead client meetings and provide regular project updates to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Experience in project management is essential
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Aprika MissionControl is highly desired
• Background in program management is preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to create and improve Program Management methodologies
• Experience in analytics and reporting for project portfolios
