Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager II to plan, organize, monitor, and oversee programs utilizing cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain work processes for compliance with guidelines and requirements
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings and manage projects through the full project life cycle
• Communicate program status to management and key stakeholders while ensuring adherence to quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
• 3+ years of quality improvement, program management, or project management experience required
• Health care experience preferred
