Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager, Accelerator.

Key Responsibilities

• Track the progress of organizations in the Accelerator program and guide them through various stages
• Lead check-ins and meetings with participating groups and subject matter leads to assess needs and progress
• Gather feedback to improve program design and processes, and implement project plans to meet objectives

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in movement-building organizations
• Strong understanding of multi-entity nonprofit operations, including 501(c)(3)s and 501(c)(4)s
• Excellent project management skills and experience with collaborative tools like Asana and Google Suite
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, values-driven environment
• A commitment to progressive values centered on racial, gender, and economic equity and justice
