Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Program Manager to oversee complex, cross-functional initiatives that align with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead management of complex projects, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets
• Facilitate communication and alignment among stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Apply governance frameworks and conduct program reviews for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required; MBA or similar advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in program and project delivery
• Experience with PMO governance frameworks and project management tools (Jira or Wrike preferred)
• Experience leading programs using Agile or hybrid delivery models
• Understanding of the insurance industry, with a preference for Life & Annuities operations experience
