Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager II to plan, organize, monitor, and oversee programs using cross-functional teams to meet business needs and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business department initiatives that enhance quality, safety, and cost of care
• Gather requirements, create plans and schedules, and manage resources for project execution
• Communicate program status to management and key stakeholders while managing projects through the full project life cycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
• 3+ years of quality improvement, program management, or project management experience required
• Health care experience preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
