Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry with a strong understanding of underwriting principles and program management
• Proficiency with insurance platforms, data analysis tools, and emerging technologies
• Professional insurance designations such as CPCU, ASLI, or equivalent strongly valued
• Strong analytical and business development abilities with proven success in driving growth
