Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee intake, briefs, and deadlines to ensure smooth project flow
• Partner closely with SAMs and PLs to align on priorities and deliverables
• Manage and maintain creative calendars across multiple nonprofit campaigns

Required Qualifications:

• 7-8 years of experience in project management, preferably within a large or fast-paced agency environment
• Proven ability to manage complex creative workflows across multiple clients or campaigns
• Strong proficiency with project management tools such as Deltek and Asana
• Demonstrated skill in coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining version/scope control
