Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to lead complex software initiatives remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Lead complex software initiatives from planning through delivery
Define scope, objectives, and success metrics for software projects and programs
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience in software project/program management
Certifications: PMP, PgMP, Agile/Scrum (CSM or equivalent)
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, DevOps, cloud platforms, and software architecture
Proven experience with enterprise-level software solutions or SaaS products
