A company is looking for a Program Manager with P&C.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of the program, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines
• Lead the development, issuance, and evaluation of RFPs and RFIs for vendor selection
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring transparency and trust

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years in program management with a strong focus on P&C insurance domain
• Proven track record of leading RFP/RFI processes and vendor selection
• Experience managing multi-vendor environments and large-scale modernization programs
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, or related field
