Job Summary

A company is looking for a Line of Business Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the planning, organizing, managing, and tracking of multiple programs' operations and projects
• Coordinate across an Integrated Product Team to ensure smooth operation and communication of Agile ceremonies and program activities
• Analyze LOB pain points, recommend process improvements, and maintain program management-related documentation

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of program management experience, with 3-5 years in project management
• Experience working with federal government agencies, preferably within CMS iQIES
• Understanding of CMMI ML3 processes and agile implementations
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs and multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical skills and experience in implementing new processes to enhance business functions
