Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to oversee complex global New Product Introduction (NPI) and industrialization projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the entire project lifecycle from development through launch to ensure financial targets are met
• Create and implement comprehensive project management plans, guiding teams through all phases of project execution
• Manage regional capital spending, including budget forecasting and approvals

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Program Management or a combination of Program Management with Operations
• Automotive experience is preferred
• PMP Certification from PMI is preferred
• Master's Degree is a plus
