Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to oversee the implementation of a school-based service model.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of AmeriCorps members, providing coaching and feedback to enhance their professional growth
• Build and maintain partnerships with school administration and community stakeholders to support service objectives
• Ensure fidelity to the service model and lead the after-school program, monitoring quality and making necessary adjustments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 2-6 years of work experience, including at least 1 year in a management role
• Proven ability to set high expectations and hold teams accountable for performance goals
• Experience in building and maintaining productive relationships with stakeholders
• Passion for service and a background in education is a plus
